Tools required to unpack equipment

• Utility knife (or scissors)
• Philips #2 screw driver or power driver

Required steps to unpack equipment

• Cut and remove bands securing box to pallet
• Remove box
• Remove plastic cover, cut and remove band securing machine to pallet
• Remove and set aside the charger and squeegee blade assembly
• Use screw driver to remove wheel lock

• Life scrub deck via foot pedal

• Lean unit onto rear casters and pull off of pallet

• Remove recovery tank to access operating manual and connect battery cables to machine wiring harness

• Open lid of recovery tank and retrieve scrub deck splash skirt and band

• Attach splash skirt to scrub deck by securing band to scrub deck bolt

• Lower pad driver with brush attached, slide splash skirt down to contact floor

Squeegee Installation

• Thread retaining pin into squeegee column

• Attach squeegee suction hose to sleeve
