Crewman AS20B: Squeegee not drying effectively

Squeegee assembly height

• Check squeegee height to ensure assembly makes contact with floor

  • Rotate wing nuts clockwise to raise squeegee
  • Rotate wing nuts counter clockwise to lower squeegee

• • Squeegee blade will have slight incline backwards at proper height

Dirty / worn squeegee blades

• Check if the squeegee blades are clean and free of debris

  • Wash blades as needed to clear debris

• • Inspect the squeegee blades for wear and replace them if needed

Vacuum Motor

• Ensure the suction motor switch is turned on

• Verify that the suction hose is securely connected 

  • Check connection at squeegee assembly and recovery tank
